Step One: Discovery Call
During our 15 minute discovery call we will kickstart your project by getting to know one another and gain an understanding of your vision for your project.
During the Meet & Greet we’ll review your space together in detail and discuss what you’d like to change or improve, while identifying any must-keep pieces that are important. I’ll share guidance on where it makes the most sense to invest, and answer any questions you have about our process.
Step Two: Meet & Greet
Step Three: Conceptual Design
Floor plans are created with both function and beauty in mind. We share design boards to ensure you like the overall feel. And begin communicating with your contractor to align on the vision early.
We select all materials, finishes, and fixtures, finalize cabinetry drawings, gather estimates, and review the project budget. This is where the design becomes fully defined, documented, and ready for ordering and construction.
Step Four: Detailed Design
Step Five: Implementation
We finalize quotes, place orders, and submit FF&E schedules. Coordinate deliveries and communication with the trades. Attend milestone site visits to review installs and address questions in real time. These visits help keep the project aligned, efficient, and moving forward smoothly. We take care of this behind the scenes work, you don't need to worry about a thing.
Your project is coming together now and you can see a glimpse of the finished project. Finally we style your space with the finishing touches.
